Television is the product of modern electronic technology revolution.With digital te chnology as the carrier of information revolution makes the unprecedented changes have taken place in the television media.With scientific and technological progress and the wid e application of digital technology, TV program packaging technology also rapid develop ment and innovation, and widely used in TV industry, television program packaging has become TV industry, media companies and even the public familiar concepts.And televis ion, film and television art itself as a technology and the combination of art, when there’s revolution, the technology will is bound to be affected by the impact and art field.At the s ame time deepening the reform and opening in China, people’s material life level unceasi ng enhancement, the spiritual demand increasingly rich and diverse, when the audience is more and more focus on quality of spiritual consumption, to enrich the life rich and color ful entertainment and information, and television column packing is also adapted to the need of The Times.TV packaging technology and packaging concept changing, there are many engaged in TV packaging film and television companies and TV stations, TV packaging teaching cases emerge in endlessly, but few people pay attention to and study the television progra m packaging in this technology and the change of art, in the tide of development and theory.In this case, this paper tries to through the study of television packaging, fill the blan k of the areas.From the basic connotation of TV program packaging and composition as a starting point, by theoretical analysis of TV program packaging technology progress and innovation for the purpose, and art through the case to the development of television pro gram packaging process and each link, analyzes some theoretical reference for today’s T V program packaging industry.This paper discusses from the following several aspects:(1) the television program packaging, first of all, the concept and connotation of tele vision program packaging, and break down the elements of the TV program packaging a nd composition and its characteristics and functions.(2) the TV packaging technology progress, combed the television program manufact ure technology, especially the development of the digital special effects technology, thro ugh two cases, the old and new "journey to the west" and "recorded by fire-cultural enli ghtenment of scientific discovery, with software as the breakthrough point, from the open ing, subtitles, the three dimensional animation, digital synthesis technology is analyzed.(3) the art of TV program packaging innovation, television program packaging tech nology progress, and so did the art of innovation, thus cause the change of the aesthetic c oncept, from the voice of the audiovisual element, color and new cartoon subtitles, etc, a nd puts forward the digital media art.(4) from the aspects of modelling analysis "excerpt" opening, through the case analy sis on the TV program packaging technology progress and the innovation of the aesthetic art.
