| The Internet as the most potential and dynamic media have been recognized as the social hot news important carrier. In order to keep abreast of the internal events and network hot news, the traditional news network system based on university news net system was improved, by using crawler technology, it enables the system to obtain the news data information, so as to realize the news customization function.Firstly,the system use crawler technology to get news data to a local database, then visualizes the results news and news analysis to output pages at the front desk, the front desk mainly by HTML + CSS to achieve, background, mainly through JDBC +SQL implementation.This paper’s mainly works include the following aspects:(1) The background and status of current research related topics are analyzed and the main problems of the current system of colleges and universities that exist News Network are discussed. The paper proposes technical solutions of the system design.(2) According to the actual news network systems and the problems, its needs analysis, including the analysis of the functional requirements of the system and non-functional requirements analysis.(3) Through research, design herein News Network system includes a system management module, news and information collection module, news and information release modules, news commentary module, the station search module and analysis module summary information such as the six functional modules.
