Design and Implementation of Online Bidding System is a foundation question of State-owned property right transaction, it attaches great attentions to the State-owned assets supervision and administration department. It has unique advantages compared to traditional auctions and bidding system. However, it also calls for higher demand to Trading firms, such as bidding timing arrangement, notarization without Bidder at the scene, and guidance for bidder.Against these issues, in connection with work experience in State-owned property right transaction, after detailed analysis and deeply studying on online bidding system,in view of the circumstance of information technology, this thesis has putting forward a complete solution to improve bidding technology and upgrade hardware& software for Online bidding system of State-owned property right transaction. It mainly summarized as follows:The first chapter is introduction, including the background of the topic, the current situation of domestic and foreign research, the main work of this paper, etc. it mainly explain the theoretical and practical significance of the Online bidding system of state-owned asset property transaction, and makes a detailed exposition of the current situation of the domestic and foreign asset transaction Online bidding system in the domestic and foreign countries.The second chapter is the introduction of the system design and implementation of the key technologies used in the process of system architecture and design patterns,development model and development framework, etc. Focus on the implementation of the system B/S architecture and MVC framework for the introduction, and then the system used by the J2 EE development model and database technology are introduced;at the same time, the MD5 encryption algorithm is introduced to ensure the security of the system.The third chapter is the demand analysis of network bidding system. First of all,this chapter introduces the overall functional requirements of the system, and the role of the system analysis. In the follow-up part of this chapter, the specific functional and non functional requirements are analyzed. And the operation environment of the system is introduced.The fourth chapter is the introduction of specific design of the online biddingsystem for state-owned assets property right transaction. Based on the analysis of requirements, this chapter puts forward the system design objectives, system design principles and system architecture design. The design of the system function module and the design of the system database are described in detail.The fifth chapter shows the realization effect of each module of the system. This chapter introduces the realization and system testing of the state-owned property right transaction online bidding system, and introduces the application mode of the system.Including the selection of development tools, system operation and maintenance of the implementation details and system to achieve results. As the third chapter and the fourth chapter has discussed the system outline design and the detailed design,therefore this chapter only carries on the simple demonstration to each function module in the realization.
