Based on the "Internet plus agriculture" modern information technology, the thesis designs the Web-based traceability system for Quality and Safety of Rice. The system can help to improve the quality of rice and promote the healthy development of rice industry.Aiming at the development and safety of rice market in Meihekou, Jilin Province, on the basis of the existing research results, combined the needs of enterprises and management department, the thesis research on the quality standards and production specifications of rice products, and implements the standardization of rice products from cultivation to sales. Through a comprehensive study of the tracing process, the important information is extracted. The platform of quality and safety traceability system is built to implement the information tracing resource sharing in the quality safety and production of rice products. Specific research contents are as follows:(1) With rice products as the main body, the help of advanced network technology, the Web-based traceability system for Quality and Safety of Rice is built. According to the supply chain to determine traceability information, it is divided into six parts, basic information, production information, warehouse information, processing information, transportation information and sales information.(2) Using Windows operating system, B/S mode structure system, WAMP system development framework, Yii framework, CSS and HTML develop system.(3) The system adds a new function of complaints, and validates the form on the page using JavaScript script language; On the basis of the traditional traceability information, adds the rice related information of "latitude", "grade standard" rice related information back.(4) This system sets up the system administrator, regulators sand ordinary users of three user roles, and provides registration function of common users.
