In the highly developed today, the Internet market in the global range are facing the same problem, the market tends to the buyer. Customer relationship management(CRM) system is a set of relationship between the customer and enterprise to optimize the system,help the company to establish business relationship with customers,always with "the customer as the center" as the enterprise core idea, in improving enterprise culture at the same time, the reform of the enterprise marketing way, and help enterprise and customer service for close contact cooperation. In this paper, at the same time, determine the comprehensive service system of radio, film and television services architecture USES TUXEDO service basic structure, the implementation of each function module are introduced in details. Follow-up on radio and television networks high-tech comprehensive service system analysis part, the system USES the database content for specific research.
