With the wide application of new energy technology, wind power has taken the second place of all renewable energy in China. Wind power performance evaluation and improvement has become the new focus of wind power technology. Applying business intelligence and software technology to wind power realizes wind power performance evaluation both in short-term and long-term. Therefore, it is able to identify the bottleneck of wind farms in order to improve the efficiency of wind farms.The thesis studies and implements the wind farm performance evaluation system based on SSH framework. It makes a brief survey of sino and foreign evaluation techniques of wind power performance, analyzes the evaluation solution of wind farm proposed by National Energy Administration. Further, production indicators, revenue loss indicators and reliable indicators of wind farm are proposed. In addition, related software frameworks and visual techniques are explored. Based on all above, according to the requirement analysis of wind farm performance, a technical solution of the system is put forward.The software architecture of the system claimed in the thesis is divided into four layers, namely UI layer, control-deploy layer, business layer and data operating layer. Spring, a light-weight Java framework, is used. Javascript, Ajax and Highcharts framework are selected as front-end tools. Hibernate framework is used for data persistence.The system contains three modules:single wind farm performance evaluation, multiple wind farm performance evaluation and key performance indicator evaluation. With the collaboration of three modules, on the one hand, wind farm generation performance is well reflected, on the other hand, the complexity of data accessing is reduced and the accuracy of analysis is improved. The system is serving has been applied to manage wind farms of CGN.
