Narrative Studies Of 《Total Soccer》

As one of the world recognized three big ball games, football also has a strong fan base in China. And in recent years, with the increasingly popular of CSL, China’s football market is facing an unprecedented development. The television media, as one of the main traditional media in spread football, has a wealth of practical experience about soccer tournament on reports and program production, and it has been the main channel of many domestic football audience received information over years. But in the face of domestic football status quo under the current situation and fierce competition from online media, television media is still faced with severe challenges and opportunities in the dissemination and production of the football program.In many domestic soccer TV program, CCTV’s "total soccer" program stand out by its unique style and content. During its development for over ten years, the program which use "the most pure football, the most advanced of enjoyment" as the slogan has won recognized by many fans of the audience and became the "evergreen" of TV sports program, which through precise audience targeting and detailed soccer tournament information, reasonable clip choreography and unique information summary perspective.Narrative is everywhere. Since the narrative via the "classic" stage of development to the "post-classic" stage, more narrative studies has been concerned by scholars in the field. As an important new research area by narrative scholars, the study of narrative television media have done a lot of research. But as an important form of TV programs- narrative studies on TV sports programs, the theoretical results obtained are few. The thesis is based on the "total soccer" part of the narrative theory,hoping with a glimpse into large, to provide a new way for the current creation of TV sports programs and also to provide theoretical guidance for the practical operation of sports on television.In this paper, through case analysis, literature, logical induction and contrast analysis, on the narrative as the theoretical basis of the article studies, and combined with the theory of journalism, communications, and other disciplines of knowledge, to narrative research on the CCTV "total soccer" program of the individual cases in system. First of all, a specific description of the origin and development of narrative and the "total soccer" program. Then study the narrative style of the program from the program narrator, narrative perspective, narrative time and narrative space of several levels. In addition, a specific study on the narrative strategy of "total soccer" program is also include in depth. Mainly from the following aspects to be: one, of both professional and entertaining narrative program orientation; two, highlighting the human feelings and historical and cultural connotation of the concept of the program narrative; three, quite sensational program narrative language; four, the program narrative music is blending with the football. Finally, a detailed analysis and discussion of the "total soccer" program deficiencies in the narrative and future development proposals, thereby avioding the new TV sports programs will be the same problem, but also to promote better development of the "total soccer" program,and continue to provide high-quality television programs for everyone.
