With the rapid development of communication technology, streaming media and the Internet is not far-fetched, but entered thousands of ordinary people, become an indispensable part of People’s Daily work life.The development of science and technology, the closer the distance people, promote the communication between people, even if separated by thousands of miles away, also can undertake voice or video calls and other activities, really make the earth a village.At present, the domestic many image video transmission system based on 3G wireless network, most applications in smart home video monitoring and video calls and so on, to overcome the geographical location, wiring problems such as cost and long distance transmission, but also has its limitations, such as low rate, such as the image is not clear.So in 4G wireless network environment, video image transmission which can bring about change?It is this topic focuses on the content.This topic research scheme combining the embedded ARM technology, digital image processing technology and fourth generation (4G) mobile communication technology, the embedded ARM microprocessor as the core controller, using CMOS OV7670 VGA camera acquisition and SVGA image video, video through 4G module to send to the Internet network under the Web server after forwarding to 4G android smartphone, real-time video transmission.In this paper, on the content arrangement, the first chapter is the introduction, the current 4G network video image transmission application development background, introduces the research status and development prospects, the paper expounds the main content of the research plan.The second chapter presents the overall structure of the research plan, development environment, platform building and the transplantation of 4G module testing.The third chapter introduces the 4G network testing transmission and implementation process, through comparison and analysis, using the embedded software and hardware platform,4G module and the server transfer as video transmission.The fourth chapter introduces in detail the realization of the embedded platform video collection transmission reception and its related research process.The fifth chapter gives an analysis on the overall test and achieved a certain effect, experiments show selection scheme is suitable for long-distance SVGA video real-time transmission.Sixth chapter is about the theme of the article content is summarized, points out the deficiencies, and under the 4G network image transmission development foreground is prospected.
