Along with the rapid development of network technology and the popularity of portablesmart devices, the mobile health shows large development space in the future in the domestic market. The mobile medical system-PHR systems, which devote to promote recording and managenment of personal health information, has arosed more and more attention.Such PHR systems like WebMD, HealthVault and Dossia has been widely applied. PHR systems can effectively generate and manage integrated, detailed health record so that people’s awareness of health self-management can be improved and doctors areable to access the accurate information of patients where and when they need it.But the PHR systems is still in a sprout state in our conntry, various sorts of PHR systems is mixed, various PHR systems have different standards, and domestic medical environment still can’t realize the sharing of information,extremely obstruct the further date sharing and Integration of PHR systems.Therefor,it’s urgent to provide clear semantic and expression format for personal information of multiple sources from the beginning of systems design to standardize data collection and upload, promote health information sharing and cross-platform use,so as to improve the interactive level of the PHR systems and other medical systems.Based on the CCR and domestic specification of health information, we searched the app store and play store for mobile PHR systems so as to collect data contents and the corresponding data items, then we build a reference information model by refering to the dual-modeling method; define the attributes of every element such like data type, presentation format and domain for building clinical information models to constrain concepts of reference information model.The main results include:1. We collected 47 mobile PHR systems after carefully retriving the apple App Store and Google Play Store, the American health information management association (AHIMA).Those information contents and date items were classified and combined as the basic data source for the information model buiiding.2. Adopted CCR standards, referred to the information contents of 47 mobile PHR systems and national related health protocols, we built the information model for the PHR systems.The Information model consist of a reference information model and many clinical information models. The reference information model has 28 information class,25 subclasses, and the clinical information models has 242 basic data items and related attributes totally, including four parts as personal information, medical history, health management andsystem features.3. With the XML Schema of the information model, defined exchange format of XML data file and generate the XML data file to further verify the model.The information model for the PHR systems can ensure that the data item has a unified name and standardized semantic expression, thus making it possible to be understood by different systems.Hope this research can make a foundation for building a data set in related health sector, and may provide content support for subsequent software development, promote data sharing, so as to improve the utilization value of personal health information.
