Full arrival of the mobile Internet era has provided a new opportunity for the development of Mobile news Apps.However, with the paper media seeking transformation to the new media platforms and the rapid rise of Aggregated news Apps, the Market dominance of the Portal news Apps has been shaken deeply. The entire industry has gone into a fierce market competition stage. At the meantime, the key characters of web2.0, such as non-centralization, user participation and collaborative producing,have enhanced the user’s position in the communication process, and provided the production and dissemination platform for UGC, which becoming more important to the mass media and the key content to the study of web2.0. Therefore, towards the Mobile Apps, the rational use of the UGC resources not only can enhance the user’s activity and sickness, but also can be benefit to the long-term development of its brand.This paper chose the Net Ease news App and the Paper news Apps as study cases. Combining both quantitative and qualitative research methods, firstly chose Net Ease news Apps’brand columns for Sampling coding and data analysis, then chose a series of reports from the Paper news Apps as a studying case, in order to analyzing the UGC application status of both news Apps. Secondly, combining the related theories, compared the difference between both two news Apps form three views. Last but not the least, Comprehensively analyzing those changes that the UGC application has brought to the practice of journalism.
