| With the development of mobile Internet, electronic business platform and social network, user experience management is recognized as the key tool to build differentiation advantages of operators. Most operators are starting to transforming to user centric operation mode. Customer experience analysis system build accurate marketing ability for operators through the establishment of a full range of user experience view. It improve customer satisfaction by useing big data analysis model and predicte network risk. Based on analysis mobile network service flow from user experience perspective, it can find out business problems carried on network.The purpose of this paper is to research the customer experience management, measurement and calculation of relevant theoretical system:(1) Research on the index system measure user experience, user experience perception expression proposed method, QoE/QoS mapping index system mutual relations, KQI/KPI mapping relationship, the calculation method and formulas QoE Index System.(2) According to the characteristics of mobile communication network, the overall design and implementation scheme of the mobile network user experience analysis system is proposed, and the physical deployment scheme is proposed. Basic indicators extracted from the signaling network monitoring system, and then QoE measurements and weights calculated weights modeling methods, the final calculation of the overall network traffic in real-life experience of users perception score.(3) Experience analyzing massive data management and analysis systems for mobile network users with special needs, exploratory analysis of data storage solutions and database selection, put forward the traditional relational databases and HBase database combining design.(4) On the basis of these key technology research on the realization of the mobile network user experience analysis and tested prototype system analysis, experiments show that the solution is effective. |
