| With the rapid development of science and technology and rising social demand, more and more application need navigation and control service for remote targets such as individuals or vehicles etc. In order to achieve this goal, positioning technology and wireless communication technology need to be combined together, so that control units can send positioning and navigation control commands or other information to positioning devices through wireless communication technology, meanwhile positioning devices can feed back positioning and navigation results to control units. Through the above mentioned bi-directional communication, position acquiring, navigation, scheduling and other functions from faraway control units can be achieved. In this thesis, a GPS/BeiDou satellite positioning and navigation system is designed and implemented using GPS/BeiDou satellite positioning technology and GSM/GPRS wireless communication technology. This system mainly includes a GPS/ BeiDou positioning module and a GSM/GPRS wireless communication terminal to achieve satellite positioning and data communication respectively.Firstly, this thesis researches and analyses the principle of satellite positioning technology and the implementation method of the positioning receiver, thesis work implemented satellite signals receiving and processing frontend circuit with a homebrew RF chip. Baseband signal processing was carried out by chip ARK669 and peripheral components.Secondly, a GSM/GPRS module namely GC65 is selected for wireless communication with the assistance of a STC12LE5A60S2 microcontroller. At the same time, this unit has a GSM signal coarse positioning feature which is supplementary to the accurate GPS/BeiDou positioning module.Thirdly, this thesis combines a GPS/BeiDou positioning module and a GSM/GPRS wireless communication terminal together to design a GPS/BeiDou satellite positioning and navigation system. This system has a control server, oracle database, control units and positioning devices, and can serve as navigation center whose capacity is over 500 terminals. |
