Nowadays,there are many positioning technologies mainly aimed at indoor environment,such as Infrared,Bluetooth,WiFi and so on.Among these positioning technologies,WiFi positioning technology shows great advantages in positioning accuracy,positioning cost,etc.First of all,the existing indoor and outdoor positioning technology and the systems are analyzed,and their advantages and limitations are summarized.The positioning methods and classification basis widely used in positioning technologies are studied and introduced in detail.Secondly,by analyzing the main problems existing in the process of three-sides positioning method and fingerprint location method based on WiFi technology,it is concluded that the reliability of data will affect the positioning results.Aiming at the necessity of data preprocessing,common methods of data preprocessing are introduced,and five algorithms of preprocessing are analyzed in detail.Based on a set of WiFi location data,data preprocessing was performed using these algorithms.A line chart is obtained and the results are compared.Each algorithm is suitable for different experimental scenarios.Based on the research of traditional most commonly used three-sides location method and fingerprint location method,solutions are proposed for the main problems in the process.Aiming at the three-sides positioning method,a grouped three-sides centroid positioning method based on Mahalanobis distance to remove outliers is proposed.For the fingerprint location method,a weighted WKNN location fingerprint positioning method based on Gaussian filtering and PAM clustering is proposed.After specific scene selection,hardware environment deployment and experimental verification,it is proved that the two methods improve the positioning accuracy by 41.93% and 22.03% respectively compared with that before the improvement.The positioning system is implemented for the two improved WiFi positioning methods.The implementation methods are divided into APP and Web.The Hbuilder X IDE integrated development environment,JS,HTML,CSS,etc.are used to implement the positioning system.Two methods are specifically implemented.This paper studies the principle of Beidou outdoor positioning technology,analyzes its limitations in the indoor environment,and analyzes the research status of multi-technology fusion indoor and outdoor seamless positioning.The seamless connection scheme of Beidou outdoor positioning technology and WiFi indoor positioning technology has been designed.The Beidou/WiFi seamless positioning technology scheme puts forward solutions to the common problems of seamless connection.The seamless positioning is divided into three modules: indoor positioning module,outdoor positioning module and critical point switching module.This Beidou/WiFi seamless positioning technology solution can provide meaningful and specific ideas and research solutions for the application of subsequent indoor positioning technology in Beidou navigation.
