Now many big cities have been built the corresponding environmental monitoring system, most of the testing system can be geared to the needs of the city’s environmental factors, mostly in the dust, monitoring PM2.5 and other factors, but not exist the monitoring system for the surrounding of coal-fired power plant where it can produce the special environmental factors. And geared to the needs of different cities, different areas, depending on the environment, producing the chemical reaction of different, can produce different environmental factors. In addition, the large number of environmental factors and distribution density cannot rely on artificial methods of an area to conduct a comprehensive monitoring and analysis, so the design and implement of the coal-fired plants environment monitoring system for Linyi is necessary.This system adopts B/S structure, using SQL Server 2014 database, and uses SSH architecture dividing the system into four levels, the Web layer, business layer, DAO layer, and persistence layer. Web layer is the presentation layer, using JSP interface to realize the interaction, which can control the illegal operation simply. Interface written in the business layer, according to the Service method and entity class controls the business logic, and call the DAO components. In the DAO layer, according to the DAO interface and methods for the coming from the upper module which needs persistence operation to determine the corresponding method. After, the request is passed to the persistence layer; Writing in the persistence layer of Hibernate is connected with the background database, and the DAO components requested data information processing, and the result of its handling comes back lately.System realized the function of five modules:on-line monitoring, operations management, data audit, data application and system management. Each module also implements the sub-functions. The online monitoring module implements real-time information, monitoring information, monitoring management and data query. Operations management module implements equipment maintenance, factor quality check, sample checking, fault operations, production load, operation maintenance monthly report and corporate emissions monthly report function. Data audit module implements the supervision and inspection, monitoring emissions monthly report and statistical effectiveness audit function. Data application module can realize the function of the site report and regional report. System management module achieves the site management, rights management, parameter management, other parameter management and logging.The surrounding environment monitoring system of coal-fired power plant can help improve the design and implementation of coal-fired power plant surrounding environment, and accelerate the construction of the urban environment. After putting into use, the system can conduct the real-time monitoring effectively in view of the particularity of the environmental factors and according to the monitoring results to generate real-time monitoring reports, as well as in collaborative environment monitoring system of different equipment operation, providing a good formulated condition for the management of government departments and related environment improvement plan.
