With the high-speed development of cities, the demand for power supply of Rushan city is growing. The power supply capacity in cities is greatly improved. The problems of the inspection work are also greatly enhanced. The original inspection management mode also gradually cannot meet the needs of the development of power supply in Rushan city. Its efficiency is too low, and there are many deficiencies in work. In addition, along with the system of the power company changing and the requirements of the power supply stability enhancing, we completed the currently main task of the power company in Rushan City, processing the power company’s daily work in Rushan City by advanced information technology and network intelligence inspection system. So, it is necessary to design and implement new system to face the stability requirements of the on-site inspection work of the power company in Rushan city, to meet the requirements and service efficiency of inspection management.Concerned about the actual circumstances of the electric power supply company in Rushan city, we adopted B/S architecture, using J2EE technology and the Struts, Hibernate technology to design Rushan city power supply company inspection management system. We used relational database SQL Server 2014 to store data. At the same time, we used Android programming, one of Java technologies, when implement the mobile client. We completed the mobile terminal connecting to the Web system.Rushan city power supply company inspection management system mainly implements the following functions:inspection plan management, inspection management, inspection equipment information query, system management and mobile client. Inspection plan management module realizes completed inspection plan inquiry, early warning of inspection plan inquiry, unfinished inspection plan inquiry, inspection plan development and inspection plan statistics. Inspection management module implements query for the inspection results, query for substation inspection, query for line inspection and inspection audit. Inspection audit can be divided into approved inspection and pending inspection, problem handling and inspection statistics. Inspection equipment information module implements substation information query,220KV line information query,110KV line information query, 35KV line information query and 10KV line information query. System management module implements the login maintenance and inspection personnel maintenance, role authorization, roles maintenance, fault handling recipient set and text messages sending.The establishment and utilization of Rushan City power company inspection management system will enable the modernization level of inspection management going to a new level. At the same time, it will greatly improve the work efficiency of daily work and inspection management work, reducing the unnecessary errors during work.
