An Empirical Research On Acceptance Of Electronic Health Record Management Information System

Healthcare industry in our country has been suffering contradictions of poor accessibility, increasing expenditure, low efficiency, uneven distribution of service quality and resources. Fortunately, information technology such as dating mining and cloud computing, provides new options to address these issues. Project "46312 " has figured out the goal and path of medical informationization, and highlighted the critical importance of establishment of health information system. Hence electronic health record has become one of the most written topics in health industry.The survey focus on analyzing factors affecting healthcare professionals’acceptance of EHR system. The model and hypothesis were built on basis technology acceptance model, information system success model, HOT-fit model and other relevant models. The survey methodology was employed to targeted physicians in the community health service centers in Hefei, and We used structural equation model to analyze the data with AMOS. The results indicated that physicians’self-efficiency, management support, system quality and information quality has significant impacts on physicians’perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness respectively. And physician’s perceptions of usefulness and ease of use had a significant impact on the acceptance of the system. Besides, service quality has impact on perceived ease of use while job relevance has impact on perceived usefulness. The innovation points of the paper can be sorted to two: the assessment is conducted from the views of physician but not the government; And the researched institution has turn to community health service centers from hospital which is regularly researched institutions.
