Display is the carrier of human-computer interaction, including conveying text and image to display the key pieces of equipment, which is important and indispensable. In the flat display, LCD is the most mature display and OLED is new display. But LCD in harsh environments, such as at low temperature, cannot be stable and reliable working, also the research of OLED on night vision compatible is few. Therefore, in this paper, we focus the research of LCD on low temperature reinforcement and OLED on night vision compatible.The main contents of this paper includes:1.Firstly, ANSYS software analyzed the partition ITO as the heating device of its temperature field distribution, According to the results of simulation we manufacture partition heating device, as well as the electrode was studied and applied. Analyse heating device with liquid crystal display module at low temperature, through 5 non-uniform heating partition and adjust power duty ratio, achieve quick start and uniform temperature field of the large size LCD, through the feedback regulation mechanism, optimize the LCD temperature field distribution. With voltage 270 v, the early stage of the duty ratio 12% and late duty ratio 6%, the large size LCD reach normal operating temperature in 300s, and keep temperature in a stable value (5 ℃), the temperature difference of central part of the LCD keep within 2 ℃.2.Secondly, Using red emitting material LT-N740 to improve OLED device on night-vision compatibility. We test the spectrum of TPBi and LT-N740, and the energy level. Then optimize the devices:1) With chlorobenzene as solvent components, we got higher stability and luminance enhancement of the devices.2) Hole and electronic injection conditions are studied, results show that the hole inject ability is greater than the electronic, which is the hole-dominant device.3) The results show that the lower the thickness, the higher current density. Finally we studied the performance of the device under different doping concentrations. Results show that with the increase of doping concentration, the brightness and the current density increase, when the doping concentration is 8%, the performance of the device is the best. Less light distribution within the band of night vision compatible, the technology has potential application value in military field.
