With the development of optical detection systems, night vision system has been widely applied to industries. As you know, lighting in the road is not good, the driver can not be timely master the road conditions, these are the most important reasons for traffic accidents at night, it is necessary to develop a suitable vehicle night vision system. This thesis is to design a practical night vision devices. To enable active-vehicle night vision devices to meet the design requirements,First, analysis and researchthe the working principle of optical detection system, then, system specifications are did theoretical analysis and calculations according to project design requirements.System hardware design include receiver, laser device and temperature display module.Receiver design is divided into theoretical and hardware assembly, theoretical calculation is the selection of cameras to provide a basis, hardware assembly include displays, CCD and lens assembly and debugging. The design of laser devices is to determine the optical power of laser devices, the mechanical design of semiconductor lasers and semiconductor laser driver circuit.Laser driver circuit include switching regulator type, current source type, pulse type.Temperature display module record system operating temperature.through research the characteristics and transport protocol of the temperature sensor DS18B20,completed the hardware design of the temperature display module and circuit board production, using Keil uVision2 software programming and debugging.Verify vehicle night vision device is active to meet the design requirements, system do some outdoor experiments at night.Experimental data show that the system performance is stability and meet system design requirements. Moreover, the system faced some technical problems is to give the analysis and solution.
