The electric power is the economic pillar of a country’s industrial production and social functioning lifeline, it always affects our daily lives and learning work. A grid of all parameters, including voltage, current, power, especially harmonic parameters will affect electricity production if we are able to do real-time monitoring of these parameters, it is possible to ensure the normal operation of a reliable electricity production.Today, computer technology and the rapid development of chip technology, this thesis combines intelligent monitoring system embedded development and computer software development, can be used to automatically monitor power parameters, it is possible to reduce the electrical equipment due to the power failure caused by costly consequences. Based on the study of domestic and foreign power parameters monitoring system, this paper according to some criteria of distribution parameter monitoring designed collection of various multi-functional integrated claimed, power parameter acquisition and measurement, intelligent monitoring and peer communications new intelligent monitoring system. The intelligent monitoring system based on the LPC2132 ARM7 micro-controller core, made of a special data collection phase energy metering IC ADE7758 as a data acquisition unit. Hardware circuit based on the use of terms AEM7TEMI-S core, a single power supply, LLQFP64 package LPC2132, has simulation debugging, ISP programming multi-function development board, based on the second development, the system includes a data acquisition,optimization, and real time monitoring via RS485 bus to the data displayed on the computer terminal monitoring software. The intelligent monitoring system for multi-channel power head cabinet, computer room power distribution cabinets and other required power management facilities for intelligent and effective control, can power parameters(voltage, current, electric power, electric energy, power factor,frequency, etc.) do to accurate, timely measurement, and it can be accurately judgedand highly fault-tolerant, to strengthen the power of centralized monitoring and management through embedded intelligent monitoring system, greatly improving the efficiency of monitoring and control efforts.The system consists of a signal conditioning circuit, three-phase energy metering IC ADE7758, microprocessor LPC2132, SPI bus communication, serial communication, computer terminals and a power supply circuit monitoring software together constitute LPC2132 microprocessor through signal conditioning circuit converts the analog signal is converted to use data acquisition, process control, perform calculations show that read the digital signal or other purposes, and then transferred to the high-precision measurement chip ADE7758 data acquisition and processing, data is processed via the communication interfaces to the computer display-side application software.
