With the development, reformation and constrction of Jilin power’s information system,the computer has been used widely as a necesscity in the work. As the grwoth of differentsystems are increasing and the relavent software are widely applied, the supporting facilitiesare also in high demand. In the meanwhile, the relavent information system rooms should bewell equipped as for the aspects of hardware requirements, environment setting orsubsystem (i.e.distribution units, ups current source, air conditioning, fire control and thesecurity permissions) so as to better provide a regular operating environment.Once the environment equipment breakdown occurs and affects computer systems, theIntelligent Monitoring System should be able to carry out accurate processing in no time,concerning data transmission, storage. To avoid the wrong processing without correctinsturction, thus damaging the hardware device beyond repair, leading to immeasurableeconomicall fanical loss. Hereon, the function of the real-time interactive performance mustwork efficiently in this process.Therefore, in order to ensure the security and stability of the information system room,Jilin power sticks to the24-hour duty system based on the basis of “appointed man tooperate”, that is regular inspections of the system room. Hard as we tried, still, manypossibilities of the breakdowns are not eliminated, that is to say, the management and dataanalysis of the breakdown time, frequency and the reason are not scientific.This paper provides a set of designs in different areas of Jilin Province InformationCenter computer room intelligent control, and introduces the system implementation andoperation.The overall architecture of the program is with the thought of "substation typecollection, centralized management" in design: to build a company communication room inthe province, integrating monitoring, alarming, managing and query, in various places onlyinstall front end collecting device.This can not only save cost, but also improve the generalmanagement level of each information center in Jilin province; this design adopts industryleading sensor data acquisition, digital image compression and wireless data transmissiontechnology, thus realizing the management of computer room environment, security,monitoring and alarm equipment, engine room equipment management, including province, computer room statistical analysis of data, the user unified platform for query andmanagement functions.Through the installation of computer room intelligent management system, it can beachieved on the room environment and power equipment, such as: unified monitoring, faultalarm information available through audio, telephone, SMS and other methods can timelyinform the appointed man on watch and the relevant responsible person, moreover, it has theremote WEB query, network video monitoring function which can inform the breakdown orother abnormal situations to the relevant maintenance personnel timely and accurately, so thatthe maintenance personnel can quickly eliminate malfunction, but also to the equipmentunattended provided safeguard; at the same time, through visualization engine room resourcesmanagement system, it can reduce the maintenance personnel’s work load, improve thesystem reliability, thus the implementation of scientific management of computer room canbe achieved.To analyze the reasons, this paper begins with the present situation of the Jilin provincialelectric power information room, analyzing the problems existing in the system and thepotential safety problems, offering relavent solutions, and the system expects the practicalapplication of the prospect. In the following part, detailed introductions are based on thesystem function design, soft, hardware system structure and technology; from the fifth chapter,the system safety design, data security design, system performance design are discussed indetail, and the comparison of systems’ application in Jilin province information room the andthe technology current situation are carried out based on the example analysis.Finally, inconclusion, analysing the system’s disadvantages for future improvement.
