With China’s continued economic development, the rapid development of industrialization and urbanization has brought improvement of people’s living standards, but at the same time also brought some damage to the environment. How can the current environmental protection and environmental monitoring to more standard classification, reflects current environmental monitoring of effectiveness, for the development and application of environment has a very important role. Based on this, based on the existing environmental monitoring requirements perspective combined with the actual situation of a comprehensive needs analysis, and for air monitoring, water monitoring, noise functions such as design. This article focuses on the air quality monitoring module is implemented.In the course of this study, through a combination of Super Map architecture and functionality features, Web GIS technology systems, environmental monitoring and other analysis, a development environment of Super map, mainly studying the application of Web GIS environmental monitoring information systems. Combining UML modeling technology, platform of environmental monitoring related functions and data structure design and analysis, culminating in the current design and implementation of environment monitoring platform.In the article, we will analyze different standards for environmental inspection and testing, in the hope that more accurate test all functionality of the environment completed and implemented. In terms of concrete implementation, air detection as the focus of this paper, through business integration system of sharing of resources and environmental information system platform, combined with technologies of the Web GIS, XX environment detection system in the area of analysis of implementing management of current business reflected on the application and component. Finally completed the realization of air quality monitoring, from an objective analysis is completed on the target, combining the effects of smog, the system presents a specific application. For later environmental testing smog testing, noise testing, water resources monitoring system provides data analysis.
