The development of information technology rapidly, all units, departments in thework process has been producing a large amount of data. However, these massive andcomplex data storage structure is not always efficient, direct and convenient for themanagement, decision-making to provide corresponding information support, alsoneed a large number of data processing, the complex is located in the heterogeneousdata in different platform into the same platform and have the same structure inaccordance with the end user data information based on business logic, and then intoinformation and knowledge, to serve for the enterprise management decision analysis.The processing of heterogeneous information data, resulting in a large number ofrelated projects, products and projects. Environmental protection industry after yearsof accumulation, environmental protection organizations at all levels ofinformationization construction work has made significant progress, mostenvironmental management business has realized information management. But dueto the lack of unified planning, environmental data can not be shared betweendifferent application systems, unable to achieve more advanced data analysisapplications, the maximum failed to achieve the information efficiency. To build aunified "environmental data center" has become the current environmentalinformation construction the key and core content.Content of this study and the results obtained in the following three aspects:First, the analysis of data resources, mainly from different angles involved in theenvironmental field data analysis, combing data sources, and analyzed with datacollection, processing, correlation, integration and application process.Secondly, business database design environment and environmental datawarehouse. Research for the report shows data center platform, graphical displayfunction, statistical analysis, data mining features and other functions related to theimplementation and application support.Finally, data acquisition and integration design, the main research electronicforms, excle file data import, heterogeneous data integration, data exchange, ETL andother technologies for data collection, exchange and integration. Design datacollection tools to achieve web-application system data capture.
