Abstract/Summary:
The torque of the rotating machinery and vehicle transmission shaft can measure the working status of the system, which is the key parameter to ensure the high efficiency of the power transmission.Because the transmission system is often working in the environment of the large range of temperature change, strong electromagnetic interference and strong vibration,and is subject to the limitation of the motion characteristics of the tested parts,causes the transmission system’s test precision is relatively low, and the installation difficulty increases,unable to meet the requirements of the test well.Aiming at the present situation of testing the torque of transmission system, and in depth studying of the related theory of capacitive grating torque measurement technology,on the basis of the existing capacitive gate sensor,further research on the characteristics of capacitive grating sensor.Using the finite element method, the sensor model is established, and the input/ output characteristics of the sensor are obtained,by constructing objective function, the characteristic parameters of the sensor are optimized by using MATLAB,and the electromagnetic simulation of the sensor is carried out by using the Ansoft Maxwell software,the corresponding electromagnetic properties are obtained,then further optimization design of the capacitive sensor structure and parameters.The main content of the article is the following:Firstly,in depth study of the background and origin of the subject and the related knowledge of the capacitive gate torque measurement technology.The basic structure and working principle of the circle capacitive grating sensor are analyzed,and the scheme of torque measurement is described.Secondly,the finite element method is used to establish the model of circular capacitivegrating sensor,the input/output characteristics of the sensor are obtained,and using MATLAB software to calculate and simulate the sensor.Finally, the optimization scheme and the optimization results are obtained to provide theoretical basis for the design of the sensor.Thirdly,Ansoft Maxwell software is used to simulate the electromagnetic modeling of the sensor, and the key parameters of the sensor structure are determined.So as to further optimize the design of the sensor.Finally,the test circuit is used to complete the circuit debugging and testing on the test device,the obtained data are calibrated and analyzed, and the rationality and feasibility of the optimized circle capacitive sensor are verified.
