Research And Implementation Of The Qoe Evaluation Based On Data Collected By Mobile Monitoring Application

With the continuous development of technology and the upgrading of mobile network, operators can offer a variety of business and services. Nowadays users pay more attention to the quality of their experience, and the quality of experience becomes the key to customer satisfaction. Currently, the evaluation of the quality of the user experience has not yet formed a unified standard, and evaluation methods are also diverse. In order to better evaluate the quality of the user experience, need to extend the QoE data sources, and to research the user experience quality evaluation method.This paper have deeply analysis the related concept of QoE and the user experience quality evaluation method and focus on the user experience quality evaluation based on mobile terminals. Based on previous studies, this paper proposes a user experience quality evaluation method based on terminal measurement.In this paper, we propose a QoE index measurement system based on mobile terminals. The systems is real-time measure and evaluate the quality of the user’s business experience, to provide more data to support user QoE evaluation, in order to ensure the user’s experience. First, this paper proposes a QoE data measurement method based on mobile terminal, including the overall design framework, the overall flow of data measurement and the definition of QoE indicator. Then, we use the android development technology to establish the appropriate application. The application can play mobile streaming media video, and collect user of subjective and objective data. In the end, based on the collected QoE data, we used multiple linear regression method to establish QoE evaluation model.
