With the rapid development of power electronics and semiconductor technology, more and more development of the switching power supply to the high efficiency, high power density, small size and light in the direction. In order to meet the needs of different work situations, as the topology of switching power supply technology focus has also developed a very wide range. Among them, the two-transistor forward topology with a low switching voltage stress, no straight arm to bring high reliability, etc., so that the communication power, welding power supply, computer power supply and other fields has been widely used. This paper will focus on the two-transistor forward switching power supply as a research direction, through a detailed analysis of the two-switch forward topology of the work process, to fully understand the main circuit power device voltage and current status. Then, the points for the two-transistor forward switching power supply circuit design of each module, the difficulties one by one analysis and formula derivation, summed up the general steps designed Double Forward Switching Power Supply. Finally, circuit simulation software Saber With powerful computing capability, the design of the circuit simulation is reasonable, the problems found repeated parameter adjustment, and finally achieve the ideal two-transistor forward switching power supply simulation output results. In the end, a prototype 24V@300W is made according to the experimental design process, and the performance of the prototype is tested. Experiments show that the prototype is stable and each indicator is normal.
