This topic takes a mixed type of equipment system as the research background, aiming at the problem that the traditional manual maintenance can’t realize the automatic fault detection of the circuit board, and puts forward a set of practical diagnosis method.Based on the analysis of the mixed circuit board of multiple models, this paper formulates an effective way to test the external test method and give the corresponding fault diagnosis scheme, in view of the structural characteristics of the mixed circuit board and the particularity of the chip. On the basis, the corresponding automatic test program of the certain mixed digital analog circuit and the test program is applied to the actual automatic test system. The theory and application results show that the proposed diagnostic strategy and design procedures, can effectively detect the certain fault control circuit, meeting the design requirements. The main research work of this dissertation is as follows:(1) According to the certain type of equipment system circuit board, the structure model of certain circuit board is proposed. According to the characteristics of the failure of the mixed system, the fault is divided into different types to develop an external test procedure for mixed circuit boards.(2) By the example of the mixed digital analog circuit, this paper analyzes the principle of the hybrid circuit in detail, according to the hierarchical structure model. And based on the analysis results, put forward the corresponding automatic test system fault diagnosis.(3) The mixed circuit board external test verification is completed through the application of a variety of testing methods. The results show that the test procedure and method both are correct and feasible.(4) According to the fault diagnosis scheme, the interface adapter of the high speed digital analog mixed circuit board is designed. And based on the TPS development environment, this paper completes the development of the corresponding procedures.(5) The design of the test program is applied to the actual automatic test equipment. The experimental results prove the correctness of the fault diagnosis scheme proposed in this paper and the validity of the developed automatic test equipment.
