In cooperation with the local telecom company, we combine the development capabilities, channel resources of 189 Store and offline resource of local telecom company, trying to build an online&offline resources integration platform, and do the best life service portal platform. We hope that we can gather popularity in the 3G era, and complete the transformation and upgrading of 189 Store.This paper firstly discusses the background and significance of the birth of 3G Life Portal, which lays the foundation of the project.
