Zhongshan Telecom Agent Stores Management System Design And Implementation

This thesis aims at the research and development of the mobile servicesmanagement system for China Telecommunication Corporation, with the purpose toadapt to the high demand of the mobile services, improve the service and advance theprocessing capacity.The fist part of the thesis provides an overview of the background andstate-of-the-art of the mobile services management system domestically. It focuses onthe overall situation of the system, the principal problems the system is to deal with, theanalysis of the systematic requirement and framework design. Besides, the detaileddesign and realization of the system is exhibited through representative case study andthe key technology for the design and implementation is also expounded.The second part explores the process model and structure of the system, based onthe actual demands of the mobile services management system from agents inZhongshan. It proposes a flexible workflow management system model, which iscomposed of components model, application model, system structure and pivotaltechnology. It also puts forward an integration project with which the process model canbe applied in the telecom mobile services management system in Zhongshan. In theproject, the design and implement of the workflow management module is presented indetail, which includes the flexible design concept, overall design, implement structureand scheme and implement function.The third part concentrates on the requirement analysis and systematic design ofthe system, with.NET as the technological platform. It brings forward a practicalstructure system based on level design to suit the whole system, realizing the Web usebased on.NET. The structure is beneficial for the safeguard of the system and the futureexpansion of the function.The forth part exams the application of the project system with the help of thebroad operation of short message, about which the illustration, analysis and validationof the system and the workflow management have been stated respectively. Further, thedesign and realization of various functional modules related to short message service (such as data management module, connection management module, receive and sendmessages module, message format processing module and short message servicemodule) have been elaborated in detail.The last part of the thesis is devoted to the key technology of the design andimplementation of the system, with emphasized discussion to the idea of level designand flexible design, which provides insights to the design and implementation of similarsystems. So far, the system has been in use for a while and has been functioning well.
