Buildings will consume a lot of energy and resources, and destroy the natural environment during the construction and using. Green buildings can improve the efficiency of energy, water and materials in construction and building sites throughout their entire life cycle, and reduce the impact on human health and the environment. The construction of green buildings needs the use of information collection, control, management, decision-making, the technical foundation is building automation system (Automation System Building, BAS).System structure, different from the traditional building automation system of centralized control structure, the system is distributed structure, with no single point of failure, control nodes, flexibility and high. In addition to the data stored in the central server, but also can be stored in the management of the terminal, the level of data storage and backup, data security is higher.The management terminal can parse the instructions from central server and send them to DDCs. For the data sent by DDCs, the management terminal will forward it to central server and save it in its own database. The management terminal can send control commands to the DDC automatically.The traditional building automation system is basically a control system. The building automation system presented in this paper also includes management functions in addition to the control function.The paper first introduced the social background and significance of topic, pointed out the problems existing in the traditional system, on the basis of the proposed new solutions, and the new scheme was analyzed with respect to the advantages of the conventional scheme.Secondly, the requirement analysis of the system is described, including functional requirements and non functional requirements. Functional requirements mainly include equipment control, data view, energy consumption statistics, etc. non functional requirements include safety requirements, performance requirements and reliability requirements.Finally, the overall design of the system and the realization of the system are introduced in detail. The main function modules include TCP network library, TCP server, UI client module, etc. The selection and implementation of security mechanism is also introduced in this paper. MD5 is used to encrypt the user information. AES algorithm is used to encrypt the transmission data. AES also be used to certify equiments. In order to facilitate the development and positioning of users, repair problems, using the Python language used to view the system log of the WEB server.Through experiment and test, in this paper, the design of green building operations management terminal reached available, reliability, security and other requirements, has the advantages of convenient use, high flexibility, high stability, solves the problems existing in the original scheme, have the very good application value.
