With the progressing of the economy in now days,the construction of urban scale expanded year by year,the vehicle amount increases rapidly. The social advance into the car era.The car era brings many problems to social development. The vehicle tra--ffic accidents and the criminal cases which was caused by car increased year by yea--r.The crime related to motor vehicle more and more.Such as hit-and-run, illegal DaoQiang motor vehicles, vehicle violation.It caused serious influence on the daily life of the general public.In current circumstances, the conventional Transportation System can’t meet the needs of different users.Departme--nts of public security traffic urgently need a kind of software which can help them solve car case effectively.On the other hand, with scientific and technological develo-pment and social progress, the ITS (Intelligent Transportation System) has made vast improvements. The intelligent collection equipments are multiplying, it brings a trem--endous amount of traffic data. How to apply the data analysis technique in easing traffic problems, improving the working efficiency of the users, are the development trend of intelligent transportation.Based on these situations, we design and develop our Intelligent Transportation System.The system used to analysis the car record data which produced by the front--end bayonet and refined analysis model to help deal with car cases. It can reach the purpose of smaller screen, fast lock suspected vehicles and reasonable deployment of the police.The system design based on B/S three-tier structure.It use the Spring MVC framework development the front desk business.It contains three Applications, which are "Model","View"and"Controler".In the view layer,using the JSP、JSTL、JavaScript、 Ajax technology to develop page.In the model level and control layer,using the JAVA technology to develop.The system uses the MySQL database to store the information such as user data and uses HBase storage the data of bayonet.Through the secondary development of PGIS electronic map,the system complete the user interactions.This article introduce the system development background and the development situation at home and abroad, has been clear about the system goal.Secondly,the sys-tem analysis functional requirements and non-functional requirements.On the basis of requirement,the system design includ architectural design and technical architectu-re design.The system design and analysis function in detail based on the class diagra- -m, sequence diagram and activity diagram. The system design the database in detail. Finally, this paper introduce how to implement each function.In this article, the system using current advanced technology.It can fully and effc--tive analysis the front-end monitoring data.The system user can use system looked back at the history of the vehicle driving track and predict vehicle future trajectory.B--ased on it,the user can reasonable deployment of the police.Users can query the disc--repancy of the vehicle can be found at the scene of the crime, to narrow the scope of screening.According to the known vehicle, query other accomplices vehicles.This sy--stem has been applied to deployment, provide strong support for the users of the sys--tem handling car case.
