With the development of multi-format of commercial complex, it is unlikely that all cash register can be concentrated distribution just as in the department stores, especially in restaurants, transportation, theaters, tourist attractions, parking services and etc. Mobile POS terminal is created and applied to solve the problem that the place is dispersed and random when customers consume. The biggest advantage of mobile POS machine is undoubtedly convenience. Customers are no longer limited in a specific place, but in anywhere at anytime to pay by card, which has greatly enhanced the experience consumption of the customer and improve the service level of the business.In this project,i was involved in designing part of the schematic diagram and PCB circuit diagram,selection and procurement of electronic components,as well as writing User Guide and Merchant Guide of POS.This paper is a comprehensive summary of the R&D work.How to realize the consumption terminal of POS is discussed in this paper. The structures and functions in each components of POS machines are detailed evaluated, analyzed and tested respectively.Product user oriented, the whole function and organizational framework of application of system are designed.This paper focuses on the following aspects:1. According to the needs analysis of wireless POS terminal consumption, various hardware modules inside the wireless POS terminal consumption are detailed studied, including micro controller module, power module, RF reader module, thermal printer module, LCD display module, keyboard interface module, smart card interface module and wireless communication module. The whole schematic circuit diagram and PCB diagram of the wireless POS machine are designed and shown in the paper.2. According to the hierarchical architecture of software and design mode related to modular, development flow of hardware device driver is described according to hardware components of POS machine. For example, design of wireless network communication module driver program, design of LCD driving program. In the design of system application, the human-computer interaction and business process are introduced. Ling Nantong electronic ticket business which bases on the features of the mobile POS terminal has been put forward.In the end, the test of the POS machine is carried out, and all the function indexes have meeted the expected requirements.
