Our country from the 1990s began to develop and manufacture CNC PCB drilling machine, and the current domestic numerical control machine located in the mid-range device market dominance, accounting for half of the entire domestic rig market low-cost, high performance to price ratio become the holy grail of the market. Although the domestic manufacturers in the middle and low PCB CNC drilling rewarding, product features, performance has also made considerable progress, but in the most able to reflect the technical strength of micro aperture processing capacity is still in the gap between the international advanced technology level, mainly in precision, speed and degree of automation. Vibration PCB drilling machine robot is one of the key constraints to narrow the gap. How reasonable and effective solve the problem has become the focus of the industry to solve the problem, can not only improve the accuracy of the production equipment, to avoid some unnecessary production problems, from the side can also improve our country in PCB drilling machine of the position in the industry, accelerate the industry as a whole virtuous cycle and the mechanism of competition, promote the rapid development of the industry as a whole, improve the status of the industry as a whole in the international, improving the competitiveness of CNC equipment industry of China. PCB CNC drilling machine based on CNC technology, mainly including the control system, servo system and position measurement system in three parts. Based on the above discussion, the subject of resonance phenomena for high-speed PCB drilling machine, carried out applied research resonance suppression, and we completed the design resonance suppression program, and verified by the experiment, the paper mainly completed the following work:First, explain the source of the topic, background and research content. comparative analysis of existing domestic and international research status of resonance suppression and development trend, establish the significance of the research on the application of PCB drilling resonance suppression.Second, this paper briefly introduces the structure, main technical parameters of PCB drilling machine numerical control system, introduces the main parts of the module and its working principle, and introduces the motion control part of the system in detail.Third, from the mechanical, electrical, motion control PCB drilling machine CNC system and other aspects of resonance analyzes the reasons.Fourth, the analysis of the basic principle of the servo system frequency characteristics of the test, and proposed a method of comparing several common frequency characteristic testing.Fifth, introduces the design method and principle of the notch filter used in the resonance suppression of PCB drilling machine, and designs the digital filter to study the effect of the resonance of the filter.Sixth, through the PCB drilling machine machine experiment to test PCB drilling machine CNC system resonance suppression effect, the paper summarizes the work carried out.
