Based on the research and development of the servo control system of a simulation radar turntable,this thesis discusses the software design of a servo control system basing on the research and development of it.The entire system is designed to satisfiy the feature and performance requirement.According to the situation of the project,the mechanical resonance and its suppression strategy in the servo control system are studied.Finally,all modules in the software system is designed and developed individually.Contributions of this thesis are as follows:1.The overall design scheme is determined.To satisfy the requirements of the system,a hardware platform based on DSP + FPGA is designed.The estimate of the system load is completed.On this basis,the related components are selected and the related hardware interface is designed.Relevant control algorithms are introduced.PID and feedforward control are determined as the main control algorithm,which accomplishes the entire design of the servo sysetm.2.The servo system is modeled and simulated.Each module of the servo system is modeled according to the overall scheme and the parameters of the selected components.Combined with the control algorithm,the models of current loop,speed loop and position loop are built in Matlab / Simulink.The feasibility of the overall scheme is verified by simulation.3.The mechanical resonance and its suppression method are analyzed and verified.Based on the gear transmission device used in the system and considering its elastic factors,the double inertia system model is established on the basis of the system model.Analysis and verifications are carried out based on the model by simulation,which confirm the reason of mechanical resonance.To suppress resonances,the notch filter is analyzed.Combined with the servo system,the notch filter is designed,simulated and discretized.4.The system software is designed and developed.The overall proces of the system is supervised under the requirements and design of the scheme,and the overall process of the system software is determined.On this basis,the system software is divided into several modules for analysis and design,and the initialization module,instruction judgment module,function module and other modules are developed on DSP.5.The debugging and verification of the system software are completed.On the basis of software and hardware design and development,the system software is debugged in the laboratory platform,and the three loops are debugged from inside to outside,so that the three loops have better performance.On this basis,the functions of the system software are debugged,and the correctness of the system software design is verified.
