The research background of this thesis is to develop a type of airborne radarantenna servo system, its boundary restriction conditions than usual servo system hashigher demands. Boundary conditions mainly considering the size, weight, temperaturerange, impact, vibration wide band of strong, electromagnetic compatibility, highreliability and power supply capability limits and so on. These constraints on thedomestic industrial base in this context, and some are more stringent restrictions. Inthese strict limitations, this paper designs and implements a set used to drive a certaintype of airborne radar antenna azimuth scan of the servo system, with emphasis onmodeling, analysis and design of servo control system, servo system hardware andsoftware development and implementation, system debugging, testing and hightemperature and vibration tests. Main tasks include the following.Through the technical indicators and the work environment analysis andcalculations, this was a key component of the sizing and thus determine thecorresponding key components; iAfter considering the turntable size, weight,anti-vibration interference, low temperature resistance and self-lock these factors todetermine the turntable must be two high reduction ratio reducer programme; throughanalysis and calculation to determine the controller must adopt the three-loopcontroller, Complete a sensitivity analysis of mechanical system resonance and stronginterference, and Also tuning the controller parameters, The controller to determine thespecific forms, including microcontroller, CPLD, integrated count decoder, driver, zerodetection unit antenna, serial communication; analysis and design of vibration test andthe high and low temperature test, and for the corresponding test.Through the work of this thesis, completed on the system hardware and softwaredesign, development and debugging. High and low temperature test and vibration testshow that the system can reach the corresponding design requirement; in the long-termwork online, the system is running well.
