With the rapid development of the domestic game industry, Motion Sensing Game is very popular as a new way of cultural life and an important way of cultural consumption. Motion Sensing Game relies on the body language, lets users to experience the fun of the game, enhances the sense of participation greatly. The famous analysis organizations iResearch declares that China’s Motion Sensing Game market in the future still has billions of development space. So it is significant to develop and research a Motion Sensing Game that user loves.As is well known Motion Sensing Game generally needs to connect external devices. Kinect has many advantages compared with other Motion Sensing device which captures player’s joint maps easily. It’s important to Choose a suitable game development tool to develop Motion Sensing Game. The Unity game engine is a multi-platform integrated professional game development tool, it can create various types of 3D interactive game.Unity combines with Kinect bring more possibilities about Motion Sensing Game developing,and enhances the fexibility of the human-computer interaction.It is difficult to design game combine body language with game entertainment. This research through the recognition of player movement posture, implement the Motion Sensing control characters smoothly. With the method of dynamic loading game scenes, reduced memory footprint, raised the speed of the game running. The realization of the air mouse broke the previous keyboard, mouse and other traditional input methods.This design and research the 3D Parkour game based on Unity game engine combined with Kinect. This research offers many detailed examples for the Motion Sensing Game development.
