The Design And Implementation Of Supervision And Control System For Advanced Controllers Operating Status

At present, advanced process control (APC) technology is widely used in petrochemical enterprises, APC technology accurately control the operation of the valve of each production during the production process with APC controllers. By this way, it can ensure the safety of petrochemical enterprise production and comprehensive benefits of the product. The APC controllers run on the Distributed Control System (DCS) in the petrochemical enterprise, the APC controllers collect the data of the production process, than they transfer the data to DCS. But, the managers can’t supervise and control the APC controllers in the DCS with Management Information System (MIS). So, it is necessary to establish a system to connect the MIS and DCS, it’s helpful to raise the level of management-control integration of the petrochemical enterprise.This project bases on the APC controllers project of a large petrochemical enterprise, to supervise the calculation results of the state and control status of the advanced control system. The core content of the project is to improve the on-line rate of advanced controller, it uses the improved B/S mode to establish the syetem. Based on the analysis and comparison of the existing technology, the paper adopts the SQL Server Database to store the data of the syetem and the ODBC to develop the interface of InfoPlus.21 database system. Combined with the production process flow and the scientific statistical method, the state identification module of APC controller is designed. And the paper selects the Ajax server communication technology and IIS server to establish the Web Server. Finally using the jQuery technology and Web Service technologythe design of monitor interface is completed.The system established in this paper can manage different brands of APC controllers of the enterprise, unify the evaluation index of APC controller related parameters. It can solve the problem of the management of the petrochemical enterprises in the past by the different brands of advanced controller solution providers to provide different regulatory systems. Petrochemical enterprise achieves real-time sharing of internal information resources. The system has been successfully operated in the petrochemical enterprise, it helps to raise the level of management-control integration of the petrochemical enterprise.
