The log in system of 58 cities, Passport System is the only entrance of users to the whole sites of 58 companies. It’s a system which has numerous interfaces, diverse business demands and high performance requirements for safety. Developers of Passport System pulled out a large amount of configuration information from the system, and use already proven solutions for storage, but there still was the lack of an application system for the management of the important information.PassportManager background management system described in this article takes establishing a comprehensive support system as the goal. It uses B/S mode and MVC software design pattern, based on WF framework and SCF service communications framework which are developed by 58 cities. It uses MySQL, a relational database management system. The paper introduced the background and domestic and international research status of PassportManager background management system, and it also introduced several development-related technologies and design patterns. The paper elaborated the requirement analysis of PassportManager background management system. Firstly, it gived the overall use case diagram, and the division of functional modules. The modules were passport auxiliary module, zookeeper node management module, and online user management module, respectively. And then it divided each functional module into different sub requirements to do a detailed introduction. On the basis of the requirement analysis, the paper elaborated system design. There were system architecture design, the structure and table design of the database and the system function design. The system function design introduces a class diagram of the system and timing diagrams of function modules. On the basis of the detailed design, the paper introduced implements of the various functional modules, which consists of run-time interface effects and part of the code.
