Research And Realization Of The College Graduation Audit Management System Based On WEB Technology

With the development of times, the progress in teaching level of the institutions of higher education is becoming more and more important, it doer not concern the cultivation of the talent in China, but also impact the future development of the country. The country has introduced multiple documents and policies in cultivation of practical personnel, the specialty construction in the "Thirteenth Five Year Plan", programm of consolidated foundation, the development of teaching connotation etc. From these it can be seen that to improve the teaching level of the institutions of higher education shall have the higher degree of correlation to the teaching model.Among the cultivating program of the institution of higher education, the last important line for student cultivation shall be the graduation thesis design and defense of the students, this shall be the comprehensive examination on the sutdy and manipulative ability of the student in the past four years in campus, it’s also the comprehensive demonstration of the colleve or university in talent cultivation and teaching level. The excellence of the students performing their graduation thesis desng shall also reflect the ability of the college or university in running a school to a certain degree. To strictly implement such link, realize the embodiment of such link shall be both helpful for adjusting student’s learning attitude in the correct way, also beneficial to such a reform on the model of talent cultivation.the author studied and analyzed such link, to explore how to better develop and realize the graduation thesis audit management system for higher education based on WEB tachnology, hopefully to improve such system into a higher level.Based on the reality, this thesis designs and realizes "the audit management system of the college graduation based on WEB technology". First of all, this thesis researches the related technologies required by the development of the system; Secondly, it makes the analysis toward the functions, performances and data requirements of the system, designing the database, system structure and functions of this audit management system, and realizes the main functions of this system; Ultimately, this thesis researches and realizes the index weight calculation applied in the assessment of students achievements. The systematic structure of this thesis is the three-layer structure base on B/S mode and the core algorithm of the index weight is analytic hierarchy process. The graduation audit management system has excellent performance in the perspective of manageability, portability, maintainability and expansibility. Using thesis evaluation index system constructed by analytic hierarchy process and weighted average method will improve the efficiency in grade examining, and also embody the justice of the graduation audit. Thus the management for the graduation audit will be enhanced to a higher level.Management of graduation audit generally has a wide involvement. This thesis mainly accomplishes the design and realization of modules like management of graduation audit and grade evaluation, and later will make a further development for the two-way selection and comprehensive evaluation for the thesis, and complete the system functions to enhance the universality of the system.
