Along with the rapid development of embedded technology, network technology, computer technology and the smart mobile phone, network video monitoring regional restrictions are getting smaller and smaller. People can access remote real-time scene anywhere via mobile smart phone anytime As long as they are covered by network. That greatly widened people’s horizons and activity scope.Internet protocol camera is an application of wireless remote video technology under the background of Internet+, which is the development trend of Internet protocol camera changerd from wired to wireless. Whether an Internet protocol camera application could bring user a good interaction experience and simple and convenient installation is one of the necessary conditions and key to the success or failure for the internet protocol camera living in the consumer market.At present, the methods of sound or scan qr code to pass the wifi parameters to the camera were used during the camera wireless configuration in the Internet protocol camera Application, which requires the camera hardware platform to provide voice recognition module or the rear camera to scan the qr code. In this case, the device of hardware and software complexity are increased at the same time also makes the configuration process of client management not controlled. Various kinds of abnormal occur frequently, user experience is not very friendly; Monitoring real-time is at a great discount as audio and video data transmit with a single form of servers, at the same time, the single forward mechanism is not enough to cope with the complex network status and customer diversification demand for video real-time and screen resolution; IP (Internet protocol) camera often involves resources sharing and user privacy issues, many clients are just stay on the video receiving and display, which lacks of the camera client account management functions.This article proposed a application scheme of design and development of intelligent network camera based on Android platform, the scheme was based on Android 2.2 and above the Android SDK platform to realize the client application lication, IP camera used Haisi Hi3518E processor as the hardware platform, carried by Linux 3.0 SDK. Access point method was used to build cameras into the net link layer, the penetrate technique for audio and video transmission was put forward based on the shortcomings of the servers needs during that current domestic application end for connection and data transmission with the camera, Then the camera’s audio and video data coding and transmission were described; Camera add and camera account management were implemented in the form of sharing; The framework of application design is given, the application was divided into three layers, the first layer took charge of connecting to the IP camera and manage session state between the client and camera; Audio and video data and control data of audio and video cameras management were dealed by the second layer; The third layer was used for user to interactive.In this article, the penetrate technique for audio and video data transmission was put forward innovatively, that can be widely used in the process of a network device’s connecting an mobile phone. The geographical restrictions on camera were reduced, resource management, the safety of the process during the camera working was improved. Finally, the main function modules of the application were tested, the results shown that the application software platform compatibility and stability online have reached the design requirements.
