Intelligent Health Management System Based On Knowledge Base

With the growth of aging population, chronic disease has become the most serious public health problem. In recent years, health care management aimed at improving people’s living style and taking preventative measures to illness is a significant step to prevent and cure chronic disease. With the assistance of information technology and intelligence technology, the intelligent health care management is composed of three steps, that is, obtaining health data, evaluating data, intervening data. However, on one hand, because of the non-structured health data coming from different sources and the mismatched health care information system, personal health data can not be established successively, dynamically and comprehensively. On the other hand, due to clinic medicine’s over dependence on the clinician, the accuracy and personalization of health care evaluation will be greatly affected. Besides, although health care information is accessible to people on the internet, it is difficult for people to find the personal health care data from the huge amount of information efficiently and quickly.To satisfy the need of health care management on information system, this dissertation proposes the basic framework of the intelligent health care management system centered with reasoning according to the knowledge base of clinical practice guidance. The framework, grounded with resourceful health care information, guided by the clinical practice to cure chronic disease, is consisted of health monitoring technology, health care evaluation and health knowledge recommendation helping clinicians to analyze particularly the collection of health care data, health ontology and personal health care knowledge. The dissertation concerns on the following three parts:1) An integrative platform of health care data is designed based on the ESB corporation service to make it possible to collect the resourceful health data through ESB without changing the health care management system from hospitals and communities. It includes the sharing of clinical information between departments of hospitals, data sharing between hospitals and communities and reconstruction of hospital system based on SOA.2) A knowledge base and rules base is constructed based on the clinical practice, and get a health care evaluation knowledge base with reference to both bases. Meanwhile, design and make up an intelligent physical examination system based on health care evaluation base. Integrated with the physical examination data and health data provided by hospital and community. The system can judge the personal health condition and risks to get chronic diseases. Lastly, it respond to the patients in the form of health care.3) To tackle the problems of intervening patients’ health data and health care education, the paper designs and achieves an algorithm to customize and issue the health care knowledge based on the collaborative filtering based recommendation. The algorithm has optimized the cold-start of new users and the deduce of attention with time passing by, greatly improving the recommendation efficiency through recommendation system.
