Thesis research question is SMT parameter optimization technology application. Dissertation applied statistics analysis of the SMT product quality problem, through the screen hole design, printing, SMT process and optimize the reflow soldering process and circuit board cleaning process test parameters, the effect of SMT process optimization. Based on the statistics of the programmed value of P control chart, process capability index, orthogonal test and extreme difference analysis and variance analysis theory, and combining with the actual SMT process improvement test, analysis of the SMT process defects, find the significant factors affecting product quality, eventually improve the SMT product quality.This dissertation using chart and data collected a large number of parameters by the TAB, and then P control chart, which is used to analysis the current production situation of stability, diagram analysis of SMT product defect category frequency. This dissertation find out the reason of affecting the product defects, further combining cause-and-effect diagram found out the main factors of product defects, in view of the main reason for process improvement, through the orthogonal experiment 、 variance analysis and other methods to determine significant factors to get the best parameter combination. Using Minitab software, SPSS software will be optimized production data and optimize the production before the data were analyzed. Finally realize the production process control of SMT process, to achieve the purpose of improving the quality of the product.In this dissertation, the improved method has a strong operability in SMT, its calculating process can use the Minitab and SPSS software, analysis the thinking of simple and clear, for SMT line of technical staff. The method is easier to master and use, which have effective control of product quality at the same time. Help to solve the quality problems encountered in the process of production, which provided a new thought and method for the subsequent production.
