With the rapid development of economic construction, people pay more and more attention to their health. The number of medical examination in hospital is increasing year by year. Physical examination project is also increasing, so that the physical examination database has accumulated a lot of valuable medical information, however, these knowledge has not been fully excavated. How to effectively find out the medical knowledge contained in the physical examination data to help medical work and improve the physical health of the physical examinee, which is the focus of this thesis.Firstly, this thesis introduces the background and significance of the topic and the current research status at home and abroad, then introduces the prediction methods and analytical methods used in this thesis. Using physical examination data analyze the risk of coronary heart disease and hypertension. Based on the 10 year risk assessment of ischemic cardiovascular disease and Framingham model, combined with physical examination data to predict the risk of coronary heart disease. At the same time, the thesis predicts, the most likely inducement of coronary heart diseasehypertension, the incidence probability of hypertension.This thesis analyzed evaluation tool of the risk of ischemic cardiovascular diseases in Chinese, and how to model it. Based on medical knowledge, this thesis proposes a data model of hypertension prediction, and makes use of logistic regression to examine the model. After the model is established, the decision tree is used to predict risk of hypertension. In addition, this thesis also studies the characteristics of medical data mining. In this thesis, we use data analysis to identify the noise of the data, and study the method of data storage, transmission and optimization. To study pre-process of data mining-data cleaning, sorting methods, and the use of mobile Internet access to medical data and results of evaluation.Through the establishment of the model and the previous work of the data sorting, as well as research on using technology of building disease prediction and mobile system, and this thesis makes the establishment of the mobile disease risk assessment system based on medical data. This thesis introduces the key technology and the related process of the system. Through the prediction model, the experiment results are analyzed. The results are electronic and network, and provide health tips to users. Using different methods to predict the two kinds of diseases, the prediction model for coronary heart disease was constructed, and the prediction model of hypertension was established. The prediction of incidence of coronary heart disease and hypertension in the physical examination population were realized.
