The large-scale enterprise mostly adopts the mode of construction and development of integration, and electric energy is one of the essential energy, with the expansion of production capacity of enterprises, to electric energy demand is also growing, electrical network structure is becoming more and more complex. Therefore, how to efficiently and safely management and use the electric energy, is an important topic in the modern enterprises need to face, according to the current situation, most enterprises chose the electrical network monitoring control system(enmcs), with the monitoring of electrical equipment, improve the use efficiency of the equipment. However, the electrical equipment is usually more complex, more types, the site requirements vary, so the demand for monitoring is not the same, these reasons caused the ENMCS construction is not perfect. With the rapid development of computer network technology and the growing popularity of intelligent electrical control equipment application, on the basis of by theoretical combined with the practical way for the construction of the enmcs, for large enterprises of the enmcs demand and network analysis, to develop more practical network construction and system implementation scheme, so as to enhance the level of electrical network monitoring, there is a certain theoretical value and practical significance.The research to the whole electrical network monitoring system design and Implementation for the purpose, using MyEclipse development tools, the system uses the Java language preparation, developed a network monitoring system for real-time monitoring of electrical equipment companies. At first, this paper analyzes the related technologies, according to characteristics of the enterprises of the electrical system, according to the existing standards and relevant technology solutio ns, combined with network technology study demonstrates networking needs of the enmcs, meanwhile, compared with the network protocol, network topology, equipment and protocol. On the basis of this and of each subsystem design, and detailed design of the function module of the whole plant dispatching and monitoring subsystem, including the pre function module, the function module of software bus, real-time modules, pre database editing module, history database service module, power module, report service mod ule, signal protection and monitoring module.To study and put forward the enmcs network transmission assembly scheme, design process more scientific, to large enterprise components enmcs network has certain reference significance, to more scientific management of enterprises of electric energy, so as to achieve the goal of saving energy and reducing consumption, and to promote the social and economic benefits of enterprises.
