Yinchuan Medical Insurance-based Pharmacy Information Management System,designed in 2000, was developed based on database and C/S technologies, SQLServer and Oracle.Despite of great upgrades since its launch, its system frame and technologies used did not change much. Each pharmacy system is relatively independent, which transmits the data to medical insurance centers by means of Socket Communication.With the extending coverage of medical insurance, lifting restrictions on the doorsill of the fixed point, and frequent changes in medical insurance policy, existing systems are difficult to keep pace with such change, and both maintenance and upgrade will become increasingly difficult. With the development of medical insurance and information technology, especially cloud computing and large data, various computer applications start to migrate to large and centralized platforms. Thus, it is in sore need of a more advanced technical framework to redesign the Yinchuan Medical Insurance-based Pharmacy System according to existing system conditions.With above problems and the basis for requirement of medical insurance-based pharmacies in Yinchuan, this article is to redesign the Yinchuan Medical Insurance-based Pharmacy System from the bottom based on the B/S three-layer framework technology and with the goal of the big and centralized platform deployment in the future by the new development tools and technology platform.1. Use of B/S framework technology in the mode of data centralization facilitates centralized management, with great improvement in data security. Moreover, realization of data centralization and integration lays a solid foundation for further data mining and systematic analysis and evaluation of business data, boosting new business models, and improvement of the management level and work efficiency of medical insurance management organizations.2. The system is constructed by J2 EE and Microsoft Sliverlight rich client technology. J2 EE technology is a Java-based solution proposed for enterprise computing, which simplifies complex problems related to the development, deployment and management of enterprise solutions. It is also the most mainstream of solution development.Using J2 EE technology in this project is to obtain J2 EE server deployment and powerful distributed computing capability. Use Silverlight is to get rich client technology of agile operation ability and keep the operation habit of traditional C/Sinterface. In addition, Silverlight also can very good compatible browser platform, the interface is developed by message and event mechanism, in line with the traditional development habits,save a lot of interface development and debugging time.3. It facilitates migration, deployment and upgrading maintenance. After finishing the design of this system, maintenance of the future Yinchuan Medical Insurance-based Pharmacy Information Management System can basically greatly reduce operation costs of the system by remote deployment, remote maintenance and upgrade,to improve the response speed and level of maintenance.The system includes the functions of system management, drug information management, drug inventory management, charge management and medical insurance management..This article elaborates on the processes of technology selection, detailed design and system realization of the system.
