Since the coming of information age, information dissemination becomes one of the most fundamental information sources.In the direction of communication system,the good frequency division has held the attention. Filter effected the selection signal,interference filter, inhibition of stray, noise attenuation and the frequency division. In a way, filter of the communication system directly affects the performance. Recently, the miniaturized and high performance filter researches become a hot issue in the relevant research areas.In the filter research work. the first difficulty of theory was how to extend the LC resonance theory to the distribution parameters. Secondly, in the action, we will consider new technology to realize the coupling unit, complete resonance vibration with meeting the low dissipation, high quality factor at the very tiniest distances.The band-pass filter in microwave engineering was the creative part of the paper.In the process of development, two filters were designed through the field of microwave engineering software HFSS. One was the microstrip bandpass filter which is tight and low cost, another was LTCC band pass filter with complex function and volume advantage. The first part went to realize the change of filter from design to material success through the thin film sputtering technology for example of the development of microstrip bandpass filter. Content included the filter structure principle and HFSS,optimization design model simulation method, resonant unit length adjustment, tap compensation adjustment through the coupling distance adjustment. in the end, the cross refers to the structure of the filter was completed. The second part went to achieve the high inhibition degree of filter design in the simulation model and carried on the preliminary research to defect structure for example of the development of LTCC filter.Content included the new Design of comb line load capacitance inductance on basis of cross coupling transmission zeros.
