With the continuous development of communication technology, people began to pursue a variety of communication services, including the urgent need for data multimedia services. Single standard network can not meet the needs of many types of business, heterogeneous network thus came into being. Heterogeneous network to provide users with more quality communication services, it depends on the rational management of resources. Heterogeneous network access selection is one of the key points in the research.In this paper, the heterogeneous network access selection scheme is studied, the main work is as follows:1)Access selection schemes for heterogeneous cellular networks often use a single base station access. This leads to system resources can not be fully used. Part of the terminal communication quality can not be guaranteed. In view of this phenomenon, this paper improves the traditional scheme based on the maximum received power. Firstly, the system will compare the signal power received by the terminal from each base station.On the basis of the maximum value decides the terminal base station or small cell type. If the terminal is a base station, the base station is directly connected to the base station. Then, if the terminal is a base station, the base station is connected to the base station. If the terminal is a small cell type. The system needs to continue to determine the remaining bandwidth and the signal to interference plus noise ratio, decide whether the terminal is collaborative. When a plurality of terminals are requested to be accessed, each base station establishes a queuing model according to the terminal request access time, the user level and the data rate, and establishes the priority of terminal access. The algorithm complexity is low. In the case of the same system resources, the total throughput of the terminal can be maximized. Based on the improved scheme, multi small cell cooperative communication is proposed for small cell density regions. MATLAB simulation results show that the proposed scheme compared with the traditional scheme, helps to improve the system throughput, the use of system resources more fully. At the same time, the simulation results also give a more reasonable and optimized Small Cell deployment.2)Heterogeneous wireless network access selection technology needs to consider various factors, so often use the analytic hierarchy process. However, the establishment of the standard layer often ignores the characteristics of the business request. This will cause the terminal access network is not ideal. In view of this phenomenon, this paper improves the access selection scheme based on analytic hierarchy process. The scheme firstly judges the signal strength, the residual capacity and the movement speed of the terminal.This is a preliminary screening of candidate networks. Secondly, the analytic hierarchy process is improved. The system will construct a new hierarchy model according to the characteristics of each business type, and then establish a new utility function with the business level. The scheme is conducive to enhance the satisfaction degree of users to the communication service, and optimize the distribution of load among the network. MATLAB simulation results show that:compared with the default scheme, the improved suppression scheme on the equilibrium and the ping-pong effect load is more effective, and meet the actual needs of the business.
