During the development of future wireless networks, the different wireless access technologies provide different coverage, throughput and quality of service. Complementarily of These technologies makes the integration of heterogeneous networks become an inevitable trend. Network selection is an important research topic in the environment of the integration of heterogeneous network. Muti-mode terminal is how to select the network, achieve customer satisfaction services, and make maximum utilization of network resources. The optimized access network selection algorithm ensure users get best quality of services, and protect the overall network resource utilization optimization, therefore, to develop an efficient access selection algorithm is extremely important. This paper is mainly for the issues of how the multi-terminal select the appropriate network by considering the needs of the business, the efficient use of network resources and other factors, proposes AHP-based network selection algorithm, Considering the signal strength, transmission rate, available bandwidth and price and other factors, build utility function, and assign the value of weights, select the largest utility value of network by comparing the value of utility function, verify the effectiveness of algorithm through MATLAB simulation. In addition, this article works on the basis of the above, proposes a new network selection algorithm Kalman filter prediction-based (K-AHP) Predicts the business of users by Kalman, reduce the network resource consumption of the network measurement, and reduce network load, verify the effectiveness of the program through the MATLAB simulation.
