With the continuous development of wireless communication technology,it's an active research topic to introduce In-Band Full-Duplex(IBFD)communication which doubles the spectrum efficiency.IBFD can transmit packets at the same time and over the same frequency because of self-interference and cancellation technology. In the thesis,a optimization model of IBFD channel allocation problem is proposed and network capacity gain combining with node distribution scenarios is analyzed in Ad Hoc network. The main content and innovation of the thesis are as follows:Firstly, researches are made on self-interference and cancellation technology, resource allocation methods in MAC layer.Based on the technical characteristics of Bidirectional Full-Duplex(BFD),Full-Duplex Relay(FDR)and the mixed of two, channel contention and conflict of IBFD communication are researched.IBFD channel allocation model is built up with the combination of conflict constraint and the number of effective transmission links as objective. Then, mathematical expressions of the optimal problem are provided.Secondly, the thesis discusses the two types of nodes distribution scenarios, including onedimensional chain and plane lattice structure. The relationship between node adjacency and the quantitative relationship of channel contention conflict are analyzed. The result shows that IBFD has the maximum gain of twice as much as HD,and that BFD transmission mode is maximal while FDR reveals a wide range of gain with 25% in lowest. Finally, the thesis develops an application scene of node random distribution. The numerical simulation method and the program flow of consistency random distribution and gaussian markov random distribution are proposed. Then,it quantitative analyzes the system capacity gain for different transmission modes of IBFD relative to HD.Results show that there are over twice gains as much as HD and most of them are BFD links. Thus, when it comes about IBFD channel allocation, transmission mode is more likely to be BFD than FDR.
