With the rapid development of technology, there have been lots of solutions of Internet of Things and a wide variety of requirements to sensor networking. When the sensor network is arranged in the indoor lighting conditions, configuration of the power supply and network interfaces is generally difficult. With solar cell module and BLE wireless transmission of data at low power consumption, the indoor environmental monitoring system is a good solution.In this paper, we investigates the development of sensor networks at home and abroad, and introduces several common wireless transmission technology. Then we introduce the relevant technical and modules, and we focus on the EZ-BLE module and BLE protocol. Then we describe the analysis and design of the system, which begins with the requirements analysis including the function of the system and the performance of low-power, and we give the design of the system architecture and major modules, and we make low-power design basing on low-power Bluetooth module features. After the design, the implementation of the major modules of the system is given, and the main module is the core of the system, so we carry out a more detailed description.After testing, we make sure that the system can realize the data transmission reliably and of ultra-low power in the indoor lighting condition of which the illumination is not less than 2001x.
