The Research On Applying Data Mining Technology To Regional Health Information System

The sharing of the information is the key of network development. To construct a Regional Health Information System to share all kinds of heath information is the fundamentality of the modernization of heath system. The purpose of Regional Health Information System is to provide a platform to share and exchange the information about public health services. We have done a lot on the research of the Regional Health Information System and developed our own regional health system based on a 3-tier network.This dissertation uses data mining technologies to mining patient symptom of disease databases based on selected mining algorithms. It preprocesses the data to be mined with the method, cleaning, integrating, selecting, transforming; constructs databases to be mined-patient symptom of disease databases. It uses algorithms of associate analyse to perform data mining based on summarizing rules. It finds the associate relationship among the symptoms relating to one disease and also the relationship between one disease and its related the symptoms. It also analyses the outcomes of the algorithm.This dissertation is a good try and important application of performing data mining in patient symptom of disease databases to find knowledge and acquire useful information; it is also an enrich and development to medical technologies; it has active significance to computer aided expert decision.
